DCG’s Investment team, Matt DeRicco and Chris Shanks, CCIM, represented the buyer, Jensen Precast, in the $15,000,000 ($103.97 per sq. ft.) acquisition of 14291 Lear Boulevard. This was an owner-user transaction, as Jensen Precast, a concrete manufacturer in Reno, will occupy the space beginning in Q2 2024. Located in the North Valleys submarket, the 144,278-square-foot building offers a versatile open floor plan for heavy industrial uses. The industrial facility sits on 7.63 acres, within 2 miles of Highway 395, just south of the Reno-Stead Airport.
Jensen Precast builds livable communities from the ground up with world-class precast concrete. They design, engineer, and manufacture critical components for water, energy, transportation, and communication infrastructure. Founded in 1968 by Donald Jensen in Reno, Nevada, they are one of the largest independently owned precast concrete businesses in the United States. Their manufacturing facilities are located across the Western United States, with over 900 employees.
