The industrial building is located in the Sage Point Park in the North Valleys Submarket and is owned by Link Industrial Properties.

 NVO Construction is a technology-based framing contractor and manufacturer of trusses and prefabricated wall components. Their pre-fabrication technology improves productivity and efficiency of framing by over 50% while reducing production costs and time to completion.  NVO has generated tremendous interest in Reno’s development community and currently has large residential development and multi-family projects in its pipeline. The company, which will be headquartered in Reno, looks to expand its operations to surrounding states in the near future.
