DCG’s industrial team, Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow, and Nick Knecht represented the tenant, an undisclosed distribution company, in the lease of 2555 USA Parkway, Suite 105. The distribution company will lease 182,000 square feet of the industrial building, owned by Prologis.
The industrial property is located within the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, a massive 107,000-acre park that encompasses a developable 30,000-acre industrial complex. It is located in Storey County, Nevada, approximately nine miles east of the Reno-Sparks MSA on Interstate 80.
