The DCG Industrial team,  Baker Krukow, CCIM, Joel Fountain, SIOR, and Nick Knecht, CCIM, represented the tenant, The Block Climbing and Fitness in leasing 8,244 square feet of industrial space at 903 East 4th Street. Based within the Downtown submarket, this versatile space was previously used as a retail store but features a warehouse and storefront component.  

The Block Climbing and Fitness will offer a premier training facility catering to climbers and mountain athletes. Anticipated to open its doors in early 2024, The Block will provide its users with a supportive community as well as a hub for fitness and skill improvement.
