DCG’s industrial team; Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow, and Nick Knecht represented the buyer, Industrial Security Solutions, in the purchase of the 10,254 square foot flex building at 543 Vista Blvd in Sparks.

Industrial Security Solutions is a supplier of AM and RF retail security tags, EAS systems, labels and detachers, and offers custom CCTV and EAS system installation services for retailers nationwide while carrying a full range of retail security products with worldwide shipment capabilities. The building sold for $1,700,000 in March of 2021.
