DCG Healthcare’s Senior Vice President, Jamie Krahne, represented the buyer, Sparks Family Hospital, Inc., in the acquisition of 1.5 acres located at the corner of Double R Boulevard and Innovation Drive. The land is earmarked for future associated uses as part of the overall Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center campus.
