Joel Fountain and Nick Knecht, of the DCG industrial team, represented the Tenant, Timeless Interiors, LLC. The current Landlord of the warehouse is Paragon Industries Inc.

Timeless Interiors is a locally owned and operated To the Trade home furnishings and design center, serving Reno, Carson City, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, and the surrounding areas. The new location will also house their general contracting, rough and finish carpentry company, White Sierra Construction.
