DCG (Dickson Commercial Group) arranged the $1.71 million sale of 5280 Longley Lane, a 4,188 square-foot retail strip property. The seller, Fujimori, LLC, was represented by principals Scott Shanks, SIOR, and Dominic Brunetti, CCIM, alongside DCG Investment team Matt DeRicco and Chris Shanks, CCIM.

The stand-alone retail pad is situated within the Longley Town Centre in the Meadowood submarket between South McCarran Boulevard and the newly developed Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Facility. The retail strip is 100 percent occupied, currently housing three national and local tenants, Fight Frequency, Starbucks, and Jimmy John’s.
