Congratulations to Scott Shanks for receiving SIOR’s Second Quarter Top Small Market Office Sale Award in the Northern California Chapter, Reno, NV.

The $11,200,000 investment sale of 65,377 square foot building at 1340 Financial Boulevard also marks the largest office deal made in 2020, thus far.

DCG principals Scott Shanks, SIOR and Dominic Brunetti, CCIM along with DCG’s investment team, Chris Shanks, CCIM and Matt Derrico represented an undisclosed buyer in the transaction.

The single-tenant building is located in Reno’s Airport Submarket and was 100% leased to the Bureau of Land Management.
