Sheila Colfer, CCIM, and Fred Miller, SIOR, of Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) are pleased to announce the successful completion of four recent sales transactions. In the Airport Submarket, Colfer and Miller represented the seller, Altair Nanotechnologies Inc, in the disposition of 204 Edison Way, a 79,392 square-foot manufacturing building, which sold for $3,000,000 to an owner-user. In the Meadowood Submarket, they represented the seller of 5605 Riggins Court, a 14,078 square foot, 100% leased office building. The multi-tenant building was purchased by an investor for $2,150,000 with a reported cap rate of 7.75%. In Downtown Reno, Colfer and Miller represented the seller of the historic Lincoln Lounge on 4th Street located in the up and coming brewery district. The two buildings with a total of 7,624 square feet on 0.322 acres was purchased by Bricks and Mortar LLC for $1,350,000. Plans for the new owners are still not announced. Lastly, In Caughlin Ranch, Colfer and Miller represented the seller of a 4,584 square-foot office building at 1070 Caughlin Crossing, which was purchased by the current tenant, Caughlin Ranch Homeowners Association.
