Garrett Shutt of CBRE represented the tenant, Bay City Electric Works, a distributor of emergency generator systems, automatic transfer switches, and switchgear. The San Diego-based distributor has locations in California, Nevada, and Hawaii, and works with national retailers such as Kohler, Mitsubishi, John Deere, among others.
