DCG’s Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, represented the Landlord, 3130 Fairview, LLC, and Gary Tremaine represented the Tenant, Jim-N-I, Inc., dba Squeeze In, for a 2,340-square-foot retail lease that will be built out as a restaurant space with patio. The retail space is located at 1420 US Highway 95-A North, Suite 1, within the Fernley Village Marketplace in Fernley, Nevada.  The Marketplace is anchored by Raley’s Grocery Store, along with other tenants McDonald’s, WaFd Bank, Port of Subs, Pizza Factory, Dotty’s, Red’s Bar & Grill, and several other retail and office tenants.

Squeeze In is a popular local breakfast and lunch restaurant with nine locations throughout the western states, six of them located in the Reno/Tahoe area. Their new Fernley location will make it their 10th restaurant.
