The Northern Nevada based 3pl company finalized lease negotiations in November on their new 122,651 square foot distribution facility on Spice Island Drive, along with an additional 28,000 square foot building expansion at their Southern Way location, expanding their footprint in the market now over 245,000 square feet. The convenient location in the Sparks industrial submarket provides excellent freeway access to I-80, I-580/US 395, Sparks & Reno labor pools, and nearby amenities allowing 1 Click Logistics to provide first class service to it’s customers as a premier third party logistics provider in the region.
