DCG’s Senior Vice President, Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM, represented the Seller, Churchill West, LLC, in the disposition of a 14,632 square foot flex warehouse building located at 4082 Reno Highway in Fallon, Nevada. 

The building was purchased by the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) for $1,170,560 or $80/SF on December 30, 2022. Situated on a 1.06-acre parcel, the building consists of 8,000 square feet of warehouse, 6,632 square foot office with an additional 6,000 square feet of bonus mezzanine space. In a separate transaction, NDOW also purchased the adjacent vacant 1.0 acre parcel to the east for additional storage and parking needs.
