The industrial-zoned parcel is positioned on the south end of the Spanish Springs Business Center, a 594-acre master-planned business park with many pre-approved industrial uses.
The property lies 10 miles north of Interstate 80 and neighbors well-known companies such as U-Haul, Foot Locker, Home Depot, San Mar, and New Deantronics.
