Reno based ski manufacturer, Moment Skis, has expanded its footprint with the purchase of its new Reno headquarters at 1085 Bible Way for $2.045 million. Located in the airport submarket, the manufacturing facility and office headquarters totals over 20,000 square feet. Since the acquisition late last year, Moment has made major renovations as they built out the new factory floor from scratch and enhanced the exterior functionality and appeal to best suit the company’s demands.

Nick Knecht of DCG’s industrial team represented Moment Skis in the sale transaction. Before joining DCG, Knecht had worked with Moment Skis, beginning as an intern during his sophomore year of college in 2009 on the factory floor where he worked in the various stages of the manufacturing process and eventually working his way into an accounting role up until 2018 before transitioning to brokerage. 

Nick was born and raised in Reno, NV and is driven to contribute to the evolution of Northern Nevada through the growth and development of the industrial sector. After graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015 with a Masters of Accountancy, Nick gained business experience through a wide range of industries shortly before earning his position on the Industrial Team at Dickson Commercial Group. Nick is also an active board member of NAIOP Northern Nevada, where he serves as the Developing Leaders Chair. In 2020, he was the Summit Award recipient for Developing Leader of the Year.
