DCG’s retail team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton, represented the Landlord in leasing three of their neighboring MidTown retail spaces. Well-positioned at the base of the MidTown district, this prime location offers an array of amenities within walking distance. 

The new restaurant tenant, La Condesa Eatery, leased a 3,000± square foot retail space at 1642 South Wells Avenue. Offering an outdoor dining experience, La Condesa delivers a classy traditional and contemporary take on Mexican food by providing a chef-driven menu with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. 

Neighboring La Condesa, California-based outdoor lifestyle clothing company DESO, has also opened its doors. Located at 1644 South Wells Avenue, the 2,000± square foot retail store offers locally manufactured and designed men’s and women’s clothing and accessories.

Occupying the last remaining space, a new art studio and gallery, Vivant recently leased 1640 South Wells Avenue. The 1,428± square foot open layout retail space includes access to the shared outdoor patio with frontage to South Wells Avenue.
