DCG’s retail team, Gary Tremaine and Amanda Brierton represented the Landlord in successfully leasing the last remaining suites at 440 East Golden Valley Road.

Cloud9 Vape & Smokeshop now leases both Suites E & F, expanding their store to a total of 2,400± square feet. This addition marks Cloud9’s second store expansion in its two Reno locations.

The Retail team also assisted the Landlord in leasing suites A & B, comprising 2,400± square feet. The new tenant, Custom Physical Therapy, will aim to open its doors later this year. This opening will mark the fourth location for Custom Physical Therapy within the Reno/Sparks market.

Constructed in 2017, the recently developed 12,000± square-foot Golden Valley Shopping Center provides newer multi-tenant retail space to the North Valleys Submarket. With heavy residential development in the surrounding area, the retail center will see increased demand in the coming years. Custom Physical Therapy will join Cloud9 Vape & Smokeshop, Longboards Pizza, Yogurt Beach, Superstition Java, and others.
