DCG’s Don Welsh represented the ownership group, ERI, in the sale of a 10,880 square foot flex building at 9744 South Virginia Street, units F&G. Gran Tee Investments purchased the fully occupied building for $3,115,000.
The complex at Foothill Commerce Center was built in 2003. Toll Brothers occupied 100% of the space and had previously spent over $1,000,000 in the design of the showroom. The building sold for a 4.5% cap rate and had a 5-year lease in place at the time of sale.
