DCG’s Industrial team, Joel Fountain, Nick Knecht, and Baker Krukow represented the tenant of 10991 Lear Blvd, Suites 101 & 102. The space is located in the North Valleys submarket, conveniently off of Military Road and Lear Blvd. The 87,110 square feet of industrial space was leased to EFP Corporation in July 2021. 

EFP is an industry leader in providing foam molding and fabrication solutions for consumer products used in automotive & recreational vehicles, building products, agriculture markets, as well cold chain solutions for pharmaceutical and food industries. DCG would like to proudly welcome EFP Corporation to Nevada as the building will serve the company as their first west coast distribution facility. EFP additionally has four other locations in Indiana, Alabama, and Tennessee.
