Travis Hansen, SIOR, CCIM of DCG represented DeMers Properties, LLC in the acquisition of 4874 Sparks Boulevard. The sale closed on August 31, at a sales price of $1,377,500. Upon completion of improvements, the 5,912 square foot building will serve as the new location for DeMers Family Vision Group. Founded in 1957, Demers Family Vision Group has been servicing the region’s eye and vision care needs for over 60 years. The building is located in the Vineyards Professional Campus in between Disc Drive and Los Altos Boulevard.
