Located in Reno’s Airport Submarket, 1085 Bible Way closed on August 16th. The DCG Industrial Team, composed of Nick Knecht, Baker Krukow and Joel Fountain, SIOR represented the buyer. Belafonte Holdings LLC purchased the 14,280 square foot industrial building that sits on 0.85 acres for $2,045,000. Ski manufacturer, Moment Skis will occupy the building with plans to build out an expanded factory floor and world headquarters in time for the 2021/2022 ski season. 

Founded in Reno, Nevada in 2003, Moment Skis has become the biggest ski manufacturer in the USA. 1085 Bible way will allow Moment to double their manufacturing space and accommodate the company’s steady growth as they continue to innovate their product and hand make each ski in the Biggest Little City.
