DCG is pleased to announce the sale of  21.89 acres of land at 0 Spectrum Boulevard. The parcel was sold to Southwestern Property Corporation who has plans for a large multifamily project. The property is located at the entrance to growing North Valley’s submarket and neighboring uses include TMCC, the SPCA, and the Reno Sheriff’s office. Heidi Chisholm and Dennis Bradley of DCG’s land team along with Trevor Richardson of DCG’s multifamily team represented the seller in the $5 million dollar transaction.
