There are roughly 27,000 single family-housing units planned in the immediate area. And the submarket has seen 15 new industrial projects come online in the last 3 years. 

As the population of Reno extends into North Valleys, Red Rock provides a source of retail and commercial space for businesses that will serve the flourishing population of North Valleys.

New to the area, Mexcal Reno has leased space in this development. Serving their current Midtown community with an assortment of Mexican dishes and tequila, Red Rock will mark Mexcal’s second location.
