We are pleased to announce the sale of 3596 Baker Lane here in Reno. Tom Fennell, CCIM of DCG represented the buyer in the transaction that closed in mid-September. 

The buyers were Evan and Tera McQuirk, owners of Brinkby Animal Hospital, which will occupy the 3,642 square foot, freestanding office building. Brinkby Animal Hospital has practiced Companion Animal Medicine and Surgery in Reno since 1988. This new location will provide the practice with a newer facility with increased onsite parking, and is less than a mile from the long-term location of the practice at 365 Brinkby Lane.
