Tenants included Anna’s Mexican Grill, Quik Smog, Advanced Health Chiropractic, American Family Insurance, Custom Cakes, Full Pedal, Rapid Recovery & Flowing Tide.
The property sold $3,450,000 and was 93% leased at the time of sale.
