DCG is pleased to announce the successful investment sale of the 65,377 square foot building at 1340 Financial Boulevard.

DCG principals Scott Shanks, SIOR and Dominic Brunetti, CCIM along with DCG’s investment team, Chris Shanks, CCIM and Matt Derrico represented an undisclosed buyer in the $11,200,000 transaction.

The single-tenant building is located in Reno’s Airport Submarket and was 100% leased to the Bureau of Land Management.
