Dickson Commercial Group (DCG) is pleased to announce the successful closing of 3725 Lakeside Drive. The 4,338 square foot Medical Office building sold for $1,112,500 in May of 2019. The building is located near the intersection of Lakeside Drive and Moana Lane in the Lakeside Professional Center.  Dominic Brunetti, CCIM and Scott Shanks, SIOR represented the buyer, Pinecone Pediatrics in the transaction. Pinecone Pediatrics is a Reno based Medical Group Practice who plans to occupy the building this year.
